We pride ourselves on our local service and our advice is impartial and independent so that we can ensure you get the right hearing aids for you.

Charles, originally from Kelso, has over 20 years' experience as a hearing aid audiologist. He will test your hearing and should you need aids Charles will offer impartial advice on which hearing aids from which manufacturer will be the best for your needs. Hearing tests are always free of charge. He will fit your aids and be on hand to adjust and fine tune them. Our service includes full aftercare so should you need to have your aids adjusted or repaired Charles will be on hand to look after the aids. We offer a free thirty day trial so that you can road test your aids in different situations to ensure they are right for you.
